Is it possible to populate a Windows 2000 Active Directory with the

Depends on the data you store in the OpenLDAP server. For posixAccounts, you will have to adapt the data to ADs schema. The MSSFU schema provides the necessary attributetypes to store the data. See the nss_ldap mailing list for further details.

Also, can I authenticate through the
Active Directory to Openldap. I told that Microsoft Services for Unix
3.0 would help.

What exactly are you trying to do? Authenticate Windows Clients off an OpenLDAP Server? Authenticate Unix Clients off an Active Directory?
