Thanks for investigating!  I would suggest that someone update the ITS
database and ChangeLog.  The most current version of Couier-IMAP still
has this comment in its LDAP configuration file regarding one of the
options:

# WARNING - as of the time this note is written, there are memory leaks in
# OpenLDAP that affect this option, see ITS #1116 in openldap.org's bug
# tracker.  Avoid using this option until these leaks are plugged.

It would be nice just to officially close the loop on this issue and
let the Courier guys know this issue has been resolved as of 2.0.19.
