schema v2 to schema v3

I add other informations....if i do a 'ldapsearch -x uid=tmpprova' i obtain:

# search result
search: 2
result: 32 No such object

# numResponses: 1

I have the same result with 'ldapsearch -x -b "dc=univr,dc=it" uid=tmpprova'
Can you help me?
