In general, the answer is No. The exact answer depends on a more exact question, including which version of Windows you're talking about, but in general there is no LDAP-based authentication method native to Windows. You can use SMB with Samba and configure Samba to use an LDAP password store, but Windows itself will not authenticate using just the LDAP protocol.
