Multi enviroment authentication

Hi,
I'd like to know if
I can use Openldap as an authentication method in a multi OS
enviroment.
For example. I have
my users loggin in NT domain. I'd like to when they change their password on NT
this password is automatically changed in others operating systems (OS/390,
Solaris, AIX).
Is it possible with
LDAP?
