RFC2256 mentions personalTitle, though it gives little explanation.

You can find the definition for personalTitle in cosine.schema that is
more specific.

It was used in the pilotPerson objectclass, but I suggest you
consider that objectclass obsolete and add that attribute to some
objectclass of your own instead.
