Hi List, I am new in LDAP field I am started with openldap-2.0.18 with source code. All things seem to be OK, my server run as expected since I can connect Netscape Address Book to my ldap server. So when I wanted to modify the database with ldap tools like ldapadd or ldappasswd, I ahve got the following message ldap_initialize( <DEFAULT> ) ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server Don't understand why, because with the followinf command "netstat -tuan" the results indica me that the server is LISTEN.
