RE: ACI documentation

The adaptation is faitly close to that of IBM Secureway and Oracle
Internet Directory.
I am contemplating a META-ACL language that could be used for
translations and replication between different vendors. It would also
provide an easier way to pre-resolve access given a subject and object.
It is kinda difficult. :)
