sorting atributes

Hi,

this is more or less a generic LDAP API question. I'd like to sort
attributes entries so results always appears the same way. I've seen some
useful functions like ldap_sort_attributes() that sorts entries for a
given attribute or ldap_sort_values() that sorts entries for a given
value, but nothing about sorting one entry with a uniform way. I've
also seen that one can do such a thing from the server, but this is not
enough flexible for what I want to do. What I did is a simple function
that sorts an entry with the "attrs" parameter from ldap_search*
function. This works, but I'm a bit surprised that such a function does
not exists. Am I missing a point ?

Thanks,

Truely yours,
