We have a (perl) module for Webmin that manages user registrations in LDAP. Our code is 'pure perl' but was based on an existing webmin module that used the Netscape LDAP SDK -- you might take a look at the webmin site: http://www.webmin.com/webmin/ We think our code is a little too specialised to our application to be of general use, but if you want to take a look at it, just let me know.
