invalid credentials

You haven't supplied a password anywhere. Add -W to the command line to
be prompted for it.
I executed ldapadd -f test3.ldif -vx -W -D "cn=Manager,o=serv.info"
and i entered the password, that i defined in slapd.conf
and i have this error "invalid credentials"
it's the same if I executed:
ldapadd -f test3.ldif -vx -w password -D "cn=Manager,o=serv.info"
please helpme
