ldap_modify: Undefined attribute type

hi all
And thanxs for all the help

But i have a problem with ldapmodify.
My ldapsearch gives me the following result.

$ldapsearch -x  -b 'dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu' '
(objectclass=*)'
version: 2

#
# filter: (objectclass=*)
# requesting: ALL
#

# ubm, dc=com, dc=edu
dn: dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
objectClass: dcObject
objectClass: organisation
dc: ubm
# user,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
dn: cn=user,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
cn: user
sn: user
telephoneNumber: 266266
userPassword:: cGFkbWFqYQ==
objectClass: person
objectClass: account
cn: user
sn: user
telephoneNumber: 266266
userPassword:: cGFkbWFqYQ==
objectClass: person
objectClass: account
objectClass: pilotperson
uid: user
l: Location1
o: My Corporation
ou: Software Division
homePhone: 866282
# search result
search: 2
result: 0 Success

# numResponses: 3
# numEntries: 2
$

After this i tried to modify the record using
ldapmodify.
It gives me the following error

ldap_modify: Undefined attribute type
        additional info: attribute description
contains inappropriate characters

I have listed the command below.

$ ldapmodify -x -v -D "cn=manager,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
" -W
 -f mod
ldap_initialize( <DEFAULT> )
Enter LDAP Password:
replace o :
replace o:
        My sys Ltd
modifying entry "cn=user,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu"
ldap_modify: Undefined attribute type
        additional info: attribute description
contains inappropriate characters

ldif_record() = 17
$

My mod file looks this way

dn: cn=user,dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
changetype: modify
replace: o
o: My sys Ltd

where is the error?
Could help pls.

Thanxs
Lin s
