Q: building OpenLDAP in shadow trees?

Does anyone know how to build OpenLDAP with a common source directory but 
different object and lib directories? I.e. maybe setting up a new directory 
with links of all files which do not change? I want to build OpenLDAP in 
parallel on different machines with different CPUs by using NFS to offer the 
same source directory.

Has someone already built such a script?
