RedHat-7.0, openldap-2.0.7 success

Just to follow up on the whole redhat 7.0, openldap-2.0.7 and threads problem.

Following lots of input from many people, I have gotten it all to work.

You need to upgrade your box to glib-2.2.2 and gcc-2.96, both can be gotten from
the Redhat wolverine beta sites.

After that 2.0.7 comes "out of the box".
