Two questions about the slurpd daemon.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi,
I have two questions about the slurpd daemon:
(1) I'm running it with the -t option for use the var/openldap-slurp
directory like temporal dicretory. This how I run the daemon:
/internet/openldap/libexec/slurpd -t /internet/openldap/var/openldap-slurp
My question is: Is there any problem using this directory this way ?
Is this directory for any other use ?

(2) I have seen that the slurpd daemon uses the slurpd.replog file for store
the logs of the replication actions.
Is this log file recycled ?
If not, how can I recycle that file ? Must I stop the slurpd daemon before
the recycling process and restart it after ?

Greetings.
