How to grant write to subtree...

I have one DN: uid=001, ou=Companies, <blah>
and second DN: uid=001001, uid=001, ou=Companies, <blah>

And I would like allow "uid=001, ou=Companies, <blah>" to change
(ie. write) "uid=001001, uid=001, ou=Companies, <blah>" entries or add
another leaf into the tree (f.e.: "uid=001002, uid=001, ou=Companies,
<blah>") or delete existing leaf.

could I tried

access to dc=".*,ou=Companies,<blah>"
        by self write

OR

how to define attribute "owner" which would have DN which could modify this
entry as value.

Answer could be reference to source file...
