look at the arrows, don't you think, that the four DN's should match? ;)
(dc / de)

besides, i would suggest to define the ACL's before defining the backends.
(i'm not sure at the moment wether this makes a difference or not..) just
beyond the comment that says 'Define global ACLs to disable default read
access.' :o)
