ldapdelete error
Hi All,
I created an organization
dn: o=\
objectclass: top
objectclass: organization
o: \
and added many entries as its children. After that I
deleted all the children. But, while trying to delete
this entry (both by ldapdelete and ldapmodify), it is
giving "ldap_delete: operations error"
Log file has the following
:conn=107 op=1 DEL dn="O=\"
:conn=107 op=1 RESULT err=1 tag=107 nentries=0
:conn=107 op=2 UNBIND
:conn=107 op=2 fd=5 closed errno=0
But, when the following search
ldapsearch -D "o=airius.com" -w secret -b "o=\\"
"objectclass=*"
is done, it returns the entry.
In RFC 2849, "\" is a valid character to be part of a
"dn"
