pam_ldap

i am finally starting to understand openldap.  i actually got it to work
with the acl and a java program.

now i am interested in pam_ldap for authenication.  but i can't seem
much information about it.  i found the website with some information,
but it said that it is designed for linux and solaris.  i have a freebsd
system running.  has anyone tried it on freebsd?  anyone know where i
can get more information?
