question about authentication

Hi all,
	Here I'm using a authentication script for proxy server and
something strange happening. All process is working fine until four/five
hours, at this time the script supposedly working but none authentication is
done. The script using ldap_init function and ldap_simple_bind_s to verify a
user/password. Please, anybody can help me ?
