Using Corporate Time with OpenLDAP

Hi,

I'm trying to make CS&T Corporate Time connect to OpenLDAP 1.2.9
I've done the things described in 
http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/194.html except the ldif file which 
takes care of the access rights because I don't know what values 
(usernames) to put there.

So I get messages from uniuser (to add users) like

uniuser: FAILED to add "cn=N. Basjes, ou=Informatie en Communicatie
Services, ou=Hoofdafdeling Informatie en Communicatie Technologie,
o=Nationaal Lucht- en Ruimtevaartlaboratorium, c=NL", (0x13209)
uniuser: security error

Can anyone please help me on this ?
