Re: No Such Object



The possible cause is that you don't have a dc attribute for "com" and
you are trying to add the "o" attribute at the same time without o in the
"dn".  
I would do the following:

dn: dc=bankamerica, dc=com
objectclass: top      ****I am not sure if the top objectclass is a
prequisite****
objectclass: dcObject
dc: baleasing
dc:com

Then the following:
dn: o=BankaAmerica Leasing, dc=bankamerica, dc=com
objectclass: top      ****I am not sure if the top objectclass is a
prequisite****
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organization
dc: baleasing
dc:com
o: BankAmerica Leasing

Please note that I always put my objectclasses just after dn and
before the attributes.
