RE: Log file under NT

The default location is C:\OpenLDAP\run\openldap.log.  The directory
can be changed by editing ldap_config.h.  There is an event log under
NT, but it's easy to fill, and it's not a good idea to put more than
start/stop and service level error messages in it.
