New LDAP user startup, please help?

Hi,

I'm trying to get openLDAP running for the first time and am having the
following problem. Can you help me?

When I issue:

sudo ldapadd -D "cn=Manager, dc=<AlphaGraphics>, dc=<com>" -W <
ldif.full
Enter LDAP Password:
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials

I get:

[jward@poweredge jward]$ sudo /usr/local/libexec/slapd -d 65535
