Re: Compiling Errors on AIX

You'll need to compile with either -DPOSIX_THREADS (final standard)
or -DTHREAD_MIT_PTHREADS (draft 4).  You'll have to check your
manuals to determine which one is approriate for your system.   
You will also need to determine the appropriate libraries to link
with.

Then you need to modify Make-common to set the variables
THREADS= -DPOSIX_THREADS or -DTHREAD_MIT_PTHREADS
THREADSLIB= -lyour_posix_library

You will than have to rebuild the makefiles before rebuilding:
	make makefiles
	make clean
	make depend
	make

Don't forget to "cd tests; make" before installing.
