Groups in LDAP are commonly represented using an which as an attribute
which lists members of the group. For the groupOfNames object class,
the 'member' attribute holds (distinguished) names of members. To
add a member, you add DN to the member attribute.

If you are authenticating to an LDAPv3 directory, you can use
SASL. OpenLDAP 2.0 supports SASL. Please direct OpenLDAP
specific questions to the openldap-software mailing list.
