please help me

Hi Everyone,

  I tried to run this commandline ldapsearch and ldapadd
  and got these errors:

	operational null(empty) DN disallowed
     ldap_search: DSA is unwilling to perform
and couldn't find DNS

  Does anyone know what this could be?
