LDAP access from MS Access or Excel?

Now that I have the company email, phone numbers, office number, etc.
in an LDAP datavase, people want to access it from Access or Excel.
Is there a way to do this?  Perhaps an ODBC interface, etc.?
Or do I need to copy everything to an RDBMS?
