What plug-in:s(?)/additional components do I need to be able to use Netscape and
a full feathered LDAPv3 client to use against my server?

Where can I read more about the URL syntax, for example the %2c format(s)?
( I have read rfc 2256 but it only gave a brief desciption of the basics, not
much on binding for example)

Anyone been using netscape that can give me (us) a hint?
