OpenLDAP for NT

Hi All,
We are trying to build the OpenLDAP implementation of  SLAPD on NT.
I have downloaded the sources using anonymous CVS with tag
OPENLDAP_RELEASE. But the version checked out does not have all the
needed project files( .dsp and .dsw ).
We have found a version tag OPENLDAP_DEVEL_REFEREL.
Please let us know how to download slapd for nt using anonymous CVS.
Or any other way we can acquire openLDAP sources for NT.
