Hi,
For now you'll have to do dual imports. Though the good thing is that AFAIK
you can do all of your updates via LDAP into an Exchange server (which
should mean 1 LDIF file can be used to load all of your LDAP servers).

If you have $$ to spend you might look at something like Oblix's Corporate
Directory.
