Is there a caching, forwarding "server" that can be configured in OpenLDAP like a DNS server can be configured in BIND? I was thinking of a process that receives queries locally, forwards them on, and then caches the responses for future use. For short lived processed that all run on the same machine and tend to make the same queries, this would be a real win. Thanks, -Philip
