Netscape Directory Server

Hi,

    I am running Netscape DS 4.0.My requirement is that I want to
restrict only one person to be authenticated as the Directory Manager at
one time. This is required to prevent multiple people from editing the
Directory Server. Is there any ACI  I can set up to do this.
