ldapadd with picture

I ran into the problem of adding persons with picturs.
I tried the following statment and some others but always failed.

dn: cn=Sebastian Mrosek,ou=Members,o=Telco-Tech GmbH,c=DE
cn: Sebastian
sn: Mrosek
ou: Members
jpegphoto: me.jpeg
description: LDAP-Tester
mail: sebastian@telco-tech.de
objectClass: person

with the me.jpeg in the directory from where I called ldapadd.

ldapsearch shows:

jpegphoto= me.jpeg

But when I explore the tree from netscape everything I get is a broken
link.

Is it only a "manual-not-read-error"? Help
