1.2.0-release segmentation fault

Hi --

I've noticed that a misconfigured client can manage to crash the slapd which
I built
from the 1.2.0 release. (What's currently up there).

This is built on slackware linux (2.0.33), and I used the --with-threads=no
configuration option because otherwise it complained about pthreads.

Have other people noticed this?
