yeah, the database is *much* bigger now.  The addressbook is, by far, the
largest object. (I only have 14 entries and an ldapsearch on that dn gives
me _one_ result of 3170 lines.  What's up with that?)

yup, that did it, along with lots of debugging info to figure out why it
wasn't working.

slapd complained about the integer, so I gave it something else.

I've been trying to justify using LDAP based Directory Services with Linux
in lieu of NIS or NIS+.  With each passing day, I find more and more
answers.  (yesterday, I got qmail to work with OpenLDAP for forwarding
addresses and mail quotas.  today, it's Roaming Profiles!  NIS+, eat yer
heart out!)
