Question about search parameters

I have setup an in-house LDAP server for use as the "Address Book" for
my Win95 clients.  Under Netscape, I can query the LDAP server with
a * and get the whole list (which is what I want), but under Outlook 98,
I can only query by name-Is there a way to change this?
