It certainly isn't as I got same error from any LDAP server I tried to
querry from my Linux Netscape. I did run my server (UMich) in debug mode and
it seems to send the reply back to Netscape, which then reports an error. I
think it's the problem with Netscape's LDAP client, maybe the'll fix it in
next release.
