You should refer to the references draft-good-ldap-ldif-00.txt points to for 
the first, and for the second refer to the sample ldif files that accompany 
UMich ldap, Openldap, and Netscape's directory server. There isn't a tutorial 
around that I know of. Something else to add to the to-do list.
