Creating database with GDBM backend

	Hello,

	I've sucessfully compiled OpenLDAP 1.02 under Debian 2.0 with Gdbm
backend, but I have trouble creating the database. When I try to run the
ldif2ldbm with this simple file:

dn: c=FR
c: FR
objectclass: country

	I get:

id2entry file: No such file or directory     
dn2id file: No such file or directory

	Any ideas ? Thanks.
