Are glue entries only for handling sparse replicas, or are they for handling out of order (descendants first) replication? If the latter is possible, can glue entries be "unglued" into an entry with a real structural object class? Feel free to let me answer my own question from reading the code, but I'm a bit puzzled so far :-) -- Luke --
