multiple precision with BIGNUM/gmp/ulong
need to regenerate configure and include/portable.h.in
use --with-multiple-precision[=bignum|gmp] to select
what multiple precision library is desired. Default is
to use penSSL's BIGNUM if libssl is being linked,
otherwise GNU's gmp if available.
