Skeleton test for back-sql; I'm about to ad a README of what is required;
if the RDBMSes and the ODBC are properly set up, and slapd is compiled
with back-sql support, define SLAPD_USE_SQL={mysql|postgres} to
perform the test.  For those RDBMSes whose mapping includes writes,
add/modify/delete operations are attempted as well; of course, after one
successful write the database is no longer in the appropriate state to 
pass the
test once more.  Need to fix this somehow.
