Re: Limits on anonymous binds

I added the extra case for limits on anonymous search operations. The new
syntax is

	limits dn.anonymous <limit>

I updated and committed:

	servers/slapd/slap.h     (added SLAP_LIMITS_ANONYMOUS)
	servers/slapd/limits.c
	doc/man/man5/slapd.conf.5     (documented change in manpage)

Again, this new feature should not affect existing sites, and is only
turned on by adding a dn.anonymous   limits directive.
