Of course you need the cvs binary installed; then you may follow
instructions at http://www.openldap.org/software/repo.html
under the "OpenLDAP via AnonCVS" part.

I'm not aware of the status of this backend; please feel free to
point out any problem (by the ITS http://www.openldap.org/its/)
