make test fails [ was Re: OpenLDAP on OS X compiles ]

Now that I have tried running 'make test' I am finding
out that there are still problems with my build. I compiled
OpenLDAP to use the Berkley DB, version 3.2.9. Follows
is the result of 'make test' (BTW I ran it as root):

cd tests; make test
ln: ./data: File exists
make[1]: [test-ldbm] Error 1 (ignored)
ln: ./schema: File exists
make[1]: [test-ldbm] Error 1 (ignored)
