Given that it relies on Quipu (doesn't it?) and Quipu doesn't appear to be
widely available/used/supported anymore (isn't it?) then #1 seems a perfectly
reasonable option.

BTW - if 2.0-devel follows the same directory structure as 1.2.5-release,
could the top-level directory name be changed from "ldap" to something more
useful, like "openldap-version" (eg., "openldap-1.2.5"), please?
