Hi Frank,

This is being caused by the syncprov checkpoint, which is why you see it 
every hour:

syncprov-checkpoint 1000 60

I had one happen in between once... I think it was because it had hit 1000 
operations, but not 100% on that.. It would imply that the operations 
counter is not being reset when the time counter syncs.
