(ITS#7871) slapcat ldif-wrap option produced wrong column length

It appears that the slapcat option '-o ldif-wrap=n' is not properly followed. 

e.g, this:
 
slapcat -o ldif-wrap=30 

will produce a file with 32 columns not including the newline character.
