Hi guys,
good news, the issue is solved. We changed db setting (DB_CONFIG) as follow=
s:
set_lk_detect DB_LOCK_RANDOM
(instead of bad set_lk_detect DB_LOCK_EXPIRE)
and no hangs until now.

FYI - customer's test confirmed it.
